Clients can decide for themselves how much assistance they would like and the process can be broken down into manageable steps, with fixed rates available for most services. This transparent and flexible approach to dispute resolution known as "unbundled services" or "limited scope retainers" enables clients to retain more control of their legal matters and their legal fees. The Team
Born and raised in Vancouver, Sara earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of British Columbia. While attending law school at the University of Melbourne, she volunteered at a community legal centre where she found satisfaction helping people navigate diverse legal issues. Sara obtained litigation experience while completing her articles with Hughes and Company in Vancouver.
As a former associate lawyer at a litigation firm in North Vancouver, Sara focused primarily on family law matters, including separation and divorce matters. She has appeared in the BC Provincial Court, the BC Supreme Court and the Court of Appeal on a variety of issues. Sara founded Waterview Law to help improve access to justice and better meet the diverse needs of her family law clients.
